The Freedom and Blues Exhibition is located inside the UAPB Business Incubator Building, 615 South Main Street. Come see the African American Ingenuity that sparked the Blues from Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Greenville, Mississippi. Examine the racial and social forces that shaped the Blues. With visual arts, photographs, records, musical instruments and of course the music, you will experience the incredible narrative that has long been ignored. Jefferson County and Pine Bluff in particular, gave opportunity for a genre that influenced many world renown artists.
