HOP ON FOR FOOD, FUN, AND ACTIVITIES
Discover Pine Bluff’s Downtown: Savor Flavor, Groove to Music, and Experience Unforgettable
Trolley Adventures!
Join us for an exciting community event every Thursday from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. in downtown Pine Bluff! Sponsored by the City of Pine Bluff, Pine Bluff Downtown Development, and Explore Pine Bluff, Trolley Hop Thursdays is dedicated to revitalizing our vibrant downtown area.
Experience the transformation firsthand as we highlight recent additions, including the DRB Blues & Wellness Plaza and Simmons Bank Park featuring The Magnolia Food Market and Bar and The Bank Mercantile Space. All this alongside stunning new murals and the nearly finished streetscape.
This trolley experience honors Wiley Jones, the pioneering African American entrepreneur who established one of the first Black-owned streetcar systems in America - right here in Pine Bluff in 1886! We will provide FREE trolley rides (sponsored by Pine Bluff Downtown Development) creating a convenient transportation loop connecting downtown businesses, cultural institutions, and public spaces, making it easier for you to explore multiple locations in a single evening.
Together, we can showcase the best of downtown Pine Bluff and create a vibrant Thursday evening excursion and benefit the entire community, because "There's something going on downtown!"

Wiley Jones operates the first streetcar system in Pine Bluff, Arkansas - October 23, 1886.
