Operation Skyhook - Held Memorial Day Weekend

Every Memorial Day weekend, members of the Black Pilots Association of America descend upon Pine Bluff for their annual Fly-In. In fact, 2019 marks the 23rd consecutive year that member chapters from across the nation will touch down at Pine Bluff’s Grider Field Municipal Airport for a weekend of fun, aviation camaraderie, and flying competition. Crossroads Festival - Held Late Winter

Sponsored by the Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas the Crossroads Festival is a three-day event exploring the region’s French, Quapaw Indian, and African American cultural heritage from its historic roots to contemporary iterations through the interpretive lens of film, music, dance, and living history. 701 S. Boo on the Bayou - Held the Friday and Saturday before Halloween

This is the area’s largest free Halloween event. 4th of July Celebration - Held on the 4th of July

Hosted by the Pine Bluff Festival Association, southeast Arkansas’ largest display of fireworks takes place at the softball fields at Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Regional Park. 870.536.7600

Enchanted Land of Lights & Legends - Held the third Tuesday in November through December

Arkansas’ largest drive-thru holiday lights exhibition has over 130 displays, many of which are animated. Pine Bluff’s Regional Park is transformed into 1.2 miles of winter wonderland from mid-November through December. Admission is free. Southeast Arkansas District Livestock Show & Rodeo - Held the last week in September/first week in October

This exciting event, held at Hestand Stadium each fall, draws crowds from all over the state and features livestock shows, a Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association rodeo competition, a parade down Main Street, talent show, chuck wagon races, a carnival with gigantic midway and special performances by country music stars. 420 N. Railroadiana - Held the first Saturday in April

Since 1996, Railroadiana has been recognized as the largest exhibition of railroad-related items in Arkansas. On display and for sale are collections of vintage railroad memorabilia and for rail modelers, scale model trains, track sections and accessories. Model railroad club "engineers" operating trains on their working modular layouts. Great for the whole family. Plan to come early and spend the day. UAPB Homecoming - Held every October or November

This annual week-long Homecoming celebration at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) draws alumni from across the country. Homecoming activities include parades, concerts, reunions, open houses, a golf tournament, outdoor festivals, and an exciting football game. 1200 N. Farmers Market - Open June through October

Temporarily Closed due to flooding. Open Tuesday 8 AM-12 PM and Saturday 6 AM-1 PM, shoppers enjoy the wide variety of fresh produce from local growers, homemade jams and fresh flowers. Pine Bluff-Altheimer Blues Fest - Held every Spring and Fall

The late Mr. Sam Cook founded The Pine Bluff-Altheimer Blues Fest, one of the oldest Blues fests in the Nation. He always had the down home family concept in mind. So expect great entertainment to go along with the "bring your own goodies" theme which combines for the greatest fest ever.
