Pine Bluff-Altheimer Blues Fest
The late Mr. Sam Cook founded the Pine Bluff-Altheimer Blues Fest, one of the oldest Blues fests in the Nation. He always had the down home family concept in mind. After Cook passed away in 1999, the annual festival
has carried on at the Cook Family Park just west of Altheimer at 11712 North Highway 79.
